Abstract

The work aims to show the connections that exist between corruption, organized crime, terrorism, counterterrorism, and arms trafficking. In addition, it is an effort to warn of the mistakes that are made within the framework of criminal political and legislative strategies against terrorism and serious organized crime, which turn out to be criminogenic factors favorable to the use of corruption to achieve ends in which the State has an interest.
